Worn rollers are behind most grinding, rattling garage doors. We replace the full set with sealed-bearing nylon rollers — noticeably quieter than steel, and easier on your opener.

Out-the-door price, tax included.
New rollers make your door quieter, but that is not their most important job. When your door is open overhead, the rollers are supporting its full weight in the horizontal tracks above your car. If a worn roller breaks while the door is up, a section can drop out of the track — and a falling panel can injure someone or damage a vehicle parked underneath. Cracked, wobbling or seized rollers are a safety issue, not just a noise issue.
Older steel rollers with no bearings grind against the track and wear quickly. Sealed-bearing nylon rollers roll smoothly, run much quieter and hold up well in the humidity. Less resistance in the track also means the springs and opener do not have to work as hard, so the whole door lasts longer.
Rollers wear together. Swapping one or two leaves the door running on a mix of smooth and worn rollers. A full set gives you a quiet, smooth door from top to bottom.
The bottom rollers sit in the bottom brackets, which are attached to the lift cables and under full spring tension. That is the one part of a roller job you should never attempt yourself.
