Old opener dead, loud, or just not worth fixing again? We remove it and install a new one the same day. We recommend a quiet belt drive with Wi-Fi and battery backup — and if you prefer a chain drive, we can install that too.

Out-the-door price, tax included.
For most homes we suggest a belt-drive opener, because they are much quieter than chain drives — a big difference if there is a bedroom over or next to the garage. Ours come with Wi-Fi, so you can open, close and check the door from your phone, and battery backup, so you can still get your car out when the power goes down in a storm.
Prefer a chain drive? We can install one of those too. Chain drives are strong, simple and dependable, and a good fit for a detached garage or one that does not share a wall with living space.
We install all major brands, including LiftMaster, Chamberlain and Genie.
Not every bad opener needs replacing. A stripped gear, a bad capacitor or misaligned sensors are repairs, and we will tell you if that is all it is — see opener repair. Replacement makes sense when the opener is old, the motor or logic board is failing, or the repair would cost close to a new unit.
A new opener on a door with weak springs will burn out early, because the motor ends up lifting weight the springs should carry. We test the door's balance before installing anything. If the springs need attention, you will know before you spend a dollar.
