Out-the-door price, tax included — exact price confirmed on-site before any work starts.

When it is more than a reset

  • The track is bent, kinked or pulled off the wall
  • Rollers are broken or the hinges are cracked
  • A cable has snapped or come off the drum
  • The door is twisted, hanging at an angle or partly fallen

A door knocked completely out of its tracks.

Exact price confirmed on-site

Every complex off-track job is different — one bent section of track is a very different job from a door that came down entirely. We inspect it first and give you one exact out-the-door price in writing, tax included, before any work starts. That number does not go up.

Stay safe until we get there

A door in this condition can be hanging from a single cable under spring tension. Unplug the opener, keep everyone out from under and away from the door, and do not try to lift, pull or release it. If a car is trapped inside, tell us when you call.

If the door itself is too far gone

Most off-track doors can be repaired. If panels are damaged beyond repair, we will tell you honestly. We focus on repair rather than new-door installation, which requires a separate specialty contractor license in South Florida, and we will point you to a licensed installer if you need one.

Complex Off-Track Door Repair FAQ

Why is the price confirmed on-site?
Because the damage varies a lot. We need to see whether it is one bent track section or several damaged parts. You still get one written price before any work starts, and it does not change.
Is it safe to leave the door like this overnight?
Keep everyone away from it and leave it exactly as it is. Do not try to close it. We offer 24/7 emergency service if it cannot wait.
Will my homeowner's insurance cover it?
Sometimes, especially if a vehicle hit the door. We can give you a written breakdown of the repair for your claim.
My garage door fell off the track. What should I do?
Leave it exactly where it is. Unplug the opener, keep everyone out from under and away from the door, and don't try to lift it or pull the emergency release — a fallen door can be hanging from a single cable under spring tension. Call for a repair, and say so if a car is trapped inside.
Why is my garage door off track and crooked?
A crooked, off-track door almost always means one side lost support: a snapped or slipped cable, a broken roller, or a bent track section, often after the door was hit or closed on something. One side is carrying the load, so it is not safe to operate.
Can a door that came off its track be fixed?
Usually, yes. Bent track sections are straightened or replaced, broken rollers and hinges are swapped, cables are replaced, and the door is re-hung and balanced. If panels are damaged beyond repair, we'll tell you honestly before any work starts.
What is the difference between an off-track reset and a repair?
A reset is for a door that slipped off its track with nothing bent or broken. A repair is for doors with bent track, broken rollers, cable damage or a door that fell. See off-track door reset if nothing looks damaged.
