This is value-conscious housing stock, and that shapes the work. Doors here tend to be the original or the first replacement, kept running rather than upgraded. We see plenty of lightweight non-insulated steel doors, older extension-spring systems, and openers that have been repaired once or twice already. Nothing here is exotic. It is mostly a question of whether the sensible move is another repair or a hardware refresh, and being straight about that is the job.
